Guidance toward self-determined lifestyle changes coupled with the cultivation of a calm mindset may help improve time management, self-compassion, interpersonal relationships as well as elevated health biomarkers, or other issues impacted by stress (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease, weight issues, and sleep patterns).
